The aim of the site is to provide advice on eating right, training well, exercising, and looking after yourself. If the site inspires even one person to change their outlook on life/attitudes towards food/gives a bit of advice on how to train for something, then I’ll be a happy bunny.
I’m Lou, a girl in her mid 20s looking to get into & stay in shape. I’ve tried many different diet fads over the years, and found the only consistent thing to be diet & exercise. As a result, I’m sleeping better, feeling better in myself, and have the energy to enjoy life when I want to.
My goals for the blog
There are a few goals – mainly to document what I’m doing in terms of exercise, and what I’m eating – I’m answerable to someone then!
Secondly, I want to provide tips, advice, training guides, inspiration, motivation – you name it!
